The Band is Back, Baby

Hey friends,

Is it just me, or has every week since January felt like it's own separate year? 😅

All (semi-serious) jokes aside, I think it has been amazing to see how much the world has turned to artists in this time of chaos and displacement. I for one, do not know where I would be without music!

Though live shows have been temporarily canceled, many musicians (including myself), have taken the time to really hone in on their crafts; whether that be writing, practicing instruments, recording or collaborating virtually- this time has certainly has proved to be an opportunity for growth!

... or, you know, binge eating ice cream and watching re-runs of the Office- who's to say? 🤷

Either way, I am happy to let you guys know that my band Turtlnck will be resuming weekly band practices (in socially distanced settings)! Not only do we have new members- our bass player (Drea), guitarist (Alex), vocalist (me), drummer (Phil), and pianist (Shai), but we also will be releasing our first official EP in the next few months!
